We offer various levels of maintenance and support to protect your investment in Stella Vista electronic screens.

Stella Vista's Maintenance and Support options enable you to take advantage of our:
· Ongoing improvement of the controller software that drives your electronic screens
· Experienced technical support personnel
· Online trouble-shooting tools
· Maintenance and stock monitoring to ensure your electronic screens are kept functioning at their optimum

Stella Vista equipment carries a 12 month warranty (parts and factory labour).

Inclusive in the purchase of each Stella Vista solution:

· 08:00 - 17:00 call centre support
· 24/7 www.stellavista.com support
· online trouble shooting
· 12 months warranty (Stella Vista parts & labour)

Notes:

· *>50km from any Stella Vista office - travel & expenses to be covered by customer
· **guaranteed turnaround in 0-50km radius from any Stella Vista office
·***emergency maintenance to be performed after hours will be charge at normal call-out rates
· All Maintenance contracts are for a 12month period and can be taken out at any stage during the life of a product
· Without a Maintenance contract, all onsite service calls are charged at R750 per technician*
· Onsite labour on Stella Vista equipment out of warranty is charged at 150% of onsite labour on Stella Vista equipment under warranty
· Call-out rate dependent on other Maintenance components purchased*
